Vegas Sweeps Admin Helper Logins

Vegas Sweeps admin is where you decide who can do what. Set helpers up well so they work evenings without borrowing your main password.

What this page covers

Your own settings

Change your password and check the name your helpers will see.

Helper logins

Give each person or shop their own login under yours.

Activity records

See which login made each move, and when.

Why separate logins matter

When two people share one login, nobody can tell who made a mistake. A login for each person turns every question into a quick look at the records.

Start small with new helpers

Give a new helper a modest amount of credit first. Add more once you have seen a week or two of clean records.

First things to do after you sign in

  1. Replace the starting password with a long one that only you know.
  2. Look at the display name on your account. Helpers and shops under you will see it, so make it something they recognise.
  3. Find your balance, your player list and the history page, so you know where they are when you need them in a hurry.

That is the whole setup for a seller who works alone. The rest of this page matters once other people start working with you.

Logins for helpers and other shops

On a distributor panel you can create agent logins underneath your own. Each one gets credits that you send down from your balance. The helper then makes and loads their own players. They never see your password, and you can see everything they do.

A common setup looks like this: the owner keeps the distributor login, a night-shift helper has one agent login, and a partner shop across town has another. At the end of the week the owner can see exactly how many credits each one used.

The daily bonus wheel greets returning players. Helpers often remind players about it to bring them back.

Habits that save trouble

  • One person, one login. No exceptions, even for family.
  • Send credits down in smaller amounts and more often, rather than one big transfer.
  • Look at each helper's records every day during their first weeks.
  • When someone stops working with you, close their login or change its password on the same day.

What a helper can and cannot do

Depending on how the account is set, a helper may be able to create players, recharge them and redeem them. If you want a new helper to start with fewer rights, ask us and we will talk through what your panel allows. Many owners keep cash-outs for themselves at first and hand that right over later.

Taking credits back

If a helper has more credits than they need, or is leaving, you can usually pull the unused balance back up to your own login. If you cannot find the option, send us a message with the helper's username and we will guide you.

Password care

  • Use a different password for the panel than for your email or social pages.
  • Change it straight away if a phone with the panel saved on it is lost.
  • Do not type the password while a player is standing next to you.
  • Ignore messages that ask you to "confirm your account" on some other site. That is a trick to steal logins.
We only reset a panel password after we have confirmed who is asking. It is a little slower, and it keeps your credits safe if someone pretends to be you.

Reading the activity record

Every move in the panel carries a time and the name of the login that made it. When your balance looks off, start here. Sort by today, then look for anything you do not remember doing. Nine times out of ten it is a helper's recharge that was not written down, or a cash-out that was paid before it was redeemed.

Signs that something is wrong

  • Recharges at hours when nobody should be working.
  • The same player getting many small loads in a row.
  • A helper's balance dropping much faster than usual.

None of these prove a problem by themselves, but each is worth a quick question to the person involved. Catching it early is always easier.

The daily side of the panel is covered in the backend guide. If you want helpers to grow into full sellers with their own supply, read how to become a Vegas Sweeps distributor. For linking the panel to your own website, see the API page.

Admin Panel questions

How many helper logins can I make?

It depends on the level of your account. Tell us your plans and we will say what your panel allows.

Can a helper see my main balance?

No. A helper only sees the credits you sent to their login.

What should I do when a helper leaves?

Lock their login before the day ends, then read through the last things it did in the records.

Will you ever ask for my panel password?

Never. We can help you without it, so anyone asking is not us.

Can I pull credits back from a helper?

Usually yes. If the option is not clear in your panel, message us with the helper's username.
